What are the healthiest jobs in the UK?

2015 Withings Corporate Wellness 360° study

Work life has a major impact on your health. Physical activity levels and daily routines are influenced by a variety of factors such as job type or industry, work hours and work environment. To assess which factors have the greatest impact on work-life balance and identify ways to adopt healthier lifestyles, Withings conducted an unprecedented survey on a pool of 2,500 users. We asked questions regarding their work and, with their explicit consent, compared responses with data measured by devices – i.e. number of steps, weight, body mass index, and sleep time. With this unprecedented dataset, you can now compare health metrics across jobs and industries. What are the healthiest jobs in the UK? How does physical activity impact satisfaction or stress levels at work? You can now find out for yourself!
